We operate an on-line Booking System for both the Village Hall & Pavilion which enables clients to see availability, make bookings and see all the details of existing bookings.

How to Make a Booking

If you would like to make a booking, or have an enquiry, please first check availability using the website’s live Calendar and read the related Booking Guidance pages.

To make a booking, click on the ‘+’ sign on the day you want.  This will open a booking form which you will need to complete in order for a booking request to be processed. Once this has been checked, you will be receive a confirmation email, followed by an invoice.

Whilst we would prefer you used the online booking system, if you are having problems with the system, need advice, or have a question not answered in our ‘Booking Guidance’ section then please email pakenhamvillage@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.
