Hall Bookings are managed by a group of volunteers. Our  email is not continuously monitored but we do aim to check all messages and get back to you within 48 hours or on the next working day.

Please read through all of the information below before making contact regarding a booking.

General Bookings

Bookings are available in full days or sessions as follows

● Morning session 09:00 – 13:00

● Afternoon session 13:30 – 17:30

● Evening session 18:00 – 22:00

Hirers wishing to apply for an extension of these times may do so through the Booking Secretary in advance of the event​​
